1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between bdt1k and its users. By accessing the bdt1k website, mobile app, or any related services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Bdt1k reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given via your registered email or on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

The English version of this document is the definitive version. In the event of any ambiguity, bdt1k's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with bdt1k, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or closed.

• Each individual may only register one account.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by third parties.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed.
• It is recommended to keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled to keep your account secure.

KYC verification may require a copy of your national ID or passport along with a recent photo. All submitted information is stored securely.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the bdt1k platform. Betting by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Accounts belonging to minors will be immediately suspended and any funds held will be forfeited.
• Individuals on the restricted list are not permitted to use the platform.
• Bdt1k employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

Anyone found to have provided false information to bypass the age requirement will have all deposited funds and winnings forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bdt1k supports several local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed in an average of 3 minutes.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bdt1k does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Additional documentation may be required for large transactions in accordance with our anti-money laundering policy.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on bdt1k, please review the specific rules for each market. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bdt1k reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bdt1k's policy.
• The maximum payout on a single bet is determined by the specific market.
• Accounts found to have suspicious betting patterns or involvement in match-fixing will be subject to investigation.
• There may be delays in live betting — bdt1k is not liable for any losses resulting from connection interruptions.

Any disputes regarding a bet's outcome must be raised with the support team within 48 hours of the match ending. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bdt1k regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that you should read before accepting.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• Withdrawals are only available after the rollover requirements for each bonus have been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance and main balance are displayed separately.
• Bdt1k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts may be investigated if bonus abuse is suspected.

7 Responsible Gaming

Bdt1k believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Set your own deposit limits directly from your account settings.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdt1k may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering or completing verification using false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• You may close your account at any time upon your own request.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, a withdrawal will be processed after verification. In cases of fraud, all balances will be forfeited.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between bdt1k and a user will first be addressed through direct negotiation.

• Submit complaints to support@bdt1k.bet — an initial response will be provided within 72 hours.
• Complex cases will receive a resolution within a maximum of 14 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to international arbitration.
• The account in question may be temporarily suspended during an ongoing dispute.
