For verified KYC accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. During peak hours, it may take a little longer. Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

A wagering requirement means you must place a certain amount in bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 BDT bonus means you need to wager ৳10,000 BDT in total. Requirements vary by bonus.

A portion of your net losses over a set period (typically weekly) is returned to you as cashback. Cashback is credited directly to your main balance and is wagering-free in most cases.

Once a free bet is credited to your account, you'll see a "Use Free Bet" option on the bet slip. If your free bet wins, you receive the winnings minus the original stake amount. Free bets are typically valid for 7 days.

bdt1k uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 BDT bet returns ৳250 BDT if you win — a profit of ৳150 BDT. The higher the odds, the greater the risk and potential reward.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or suspended, your stake will be refunded automatically. If the Cash Out feature is available, you can settle your bet while the match is still in progress.

Yes, bdt1k offers in-play and live betting. You can place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress. Live betting is available across many sports, including cricket, football, and tennis.

A parlay bet combines multiple selections into one. If all selections win, the odds are multiplied together for a bigger payout. Miss just one selection and the entire bet is lost — but the potential returns are much higher.

If a match is suspended or abandoned, your stake is generally refunded. However, if a set portion of the match has been completed (e.g. 50% or more), the result may stand. See bdt1k's Terms & Conditions page for full details.

The minimum bet is generally ৳10 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by event and market, and are shown directly on the bet slip. Higher limits apply for VIP members.
